Hair loss treatment, assessed by a doctor

Whether it's a receding hairline, crown thinning, or diffuse hair loss, a licensed physician assesses your case and, if appropriate, prescribes the right treatment — with no in-person appointment.

Start the questionnaire

14.99 €/month · The initial assessment is free and you only pay if the doctor approves the treatment.

This may be for you if...

  • Men and women experiencing hair loss (receding hairline, crown, or diffuse)
  • Those who want a medical assessment before starting treatment
  • People who prefer ongoing follow-up without in-person visits

This is not suitable if...

  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy (in women): some hair treatments are contraindicated
  • History of prostate or breast cancer (requires individualized assessment)
  • Diagnosed liver disease (requires assessment before prescribing oral treatment)

This is not an exhaustive list: the doctor reviewing your questionnaire assesses your specific case before deciding.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know.

Is the treatment the same for men and women?+

Not necessarily. The questionnaire asks for sex assigned at birth because it's relevant to which treatment is appropriate, and the doctor takes it into account when reviewing your case.

How long does it take to see results?+

It depends on the treatment and on each person, and it's something you should discuss with the doctor during follow-up; we don't offer guaranteed timelines for results.

How does the prescription and follow-up work?+

The e-prescription renews automatically for as long as your subscription is active (for up to a maximum of one year), and the doctor can adjust it at each review.

Is it confidential?+

Yes. Only the doctor reviewing your case has access to your answers; the rest of the team does not see your clinical data.
